Construction debris removal in Modesto & the Central Valley

A renovation or property project is not finished when the debris is still in the way. Affordable Transfer offers construction debris removal with the materials and site reviewed before approval. Tell us what the project produced, where it is located and how the crew can reach it.

What we can help with

  • Construction and renovation debris requests
  • Mixed project debris, subject to material review
  • Dense or heavy debris requiring a separate quote

Describe the materials in the pile

Send wide photos and identify the types of debris, approximate quantities and anything hidden underneath. Concrete, dirt, brick, tile, roofing and other dense materials need individual review because weight and disposal costs differ from ordinary household junk. Listing a material in your request does not confirm that it can be accepted for every job; Affordable Transfer reviews the details before approving the scope.

Price the job around weight and access

Construction debris is quoted separately from our standard household-junk load guide. A pile can reach practical weight or handling limits before it fills the trailer. Tell us about stairs, carrying distances, parking, site access and any loading restrictions. Larger, heavy or complicated projects may need an in-person estimate so the work and disposal arrangements can be assessed.

Keep restricted materials out of the pickup

We do not accept asbestos, hazardous chemicals or medical waste. Identify any unknown or potentially hazardous material before arranging removal instead of adding it to a mixed load. If demolition is also needed, describe that work separately so dismantling, hauling and any site preparation can be discussed together. Affordable Transfer confirms the accepted materials and final estimate before work begins.

Questions about construction debris removal

Does the household-junk load guide apply to construction debris?

No. Construction debris and heavy materials are quoted separately based on the material, quantity, weight, labor, access, disposal and location. The trailer-volume illustration is not a weight allowance or a guarantee that the job fits one load.

Can you haul concrete, dirt or roofing debris?

Send the material type, estimated quantity, photos and site details for review. Dense materials require a separate estimate and acceptance confirmation for the actual job. Do not assume approval based on a description alone.

Can you remove asbestos or hazardous construction material?

No. Asbestos and hazardous chemicals are not accepted. Tell us about unknown materials before scheduling so they are not included in an approved debris pickup.
